Short version: the text is yours to take, the site comes with no warranty, and there is nothing to sign up for.
The Lorem Ipsum itself
The passage is scrambled from Cicero's De finibus bonorum et malorum, written in 45 BC and long in the public domain. Nothing about arranging it into fixed lengths creates a new claim over it. Copy it, paste it, ship it, sell what you built around it — no attribution, no licence, no conditions.
What is not being promised
CopyLorem is provided as it is. The counts on each page are measured by the same code that produced the text and are checked on every build, which is a good reason to expect them to be right, but it is not a guarantee — verify anything you are relying on. The site may change, move or stop.
Placeholder text is placeholder text. It is not fit for anything a reader is meant to actually read, and shipping it to production by accident is a famous enough mistake to be worth naming here.
The site's own content
The writing on these pages, the design and the source code belong to Wickeey. The code is published on GitHub under the licence stated there. Republishing the prose as your own is not covered by the Lorem Ipsum being free.
